This Wikisposure piece as seen in mirrored page posted by Roderik, was mostly written by "Determined" (recently profiled in this site here ) and contained the usual distortions and catch-22's.
By catch-22's, I mean that Determined plays the same rhetorical game with Roderik Muit as homophobes used to play with lesbian and gay activists, that is, dismissing all attempts to improve social understanding of a despised sexual orientation as egotism, self-delusion, and obsession about sexuality.

Roderik was clearly never involved in the lesbian and gay movement, because though his response is indignant, he doesn't share the natural shock one feels at seeing Determined, an open lesbian herself, using these old tactics from homophobic right-wing America against members of another sexual orientation. She has either forgotten or is somehow unaware that lesbians, her own people, were not considered a minority but were actually completely dismissed as despised sexual deviants, just like pedophiles, until about 1970, and only lost that stigma completely around 1990. Read her quote again with words substituted and, if you are over 35 and a news reader, you will recognize it as completely consistent with the homophobia of the Reagan era and preceding times:

I have read that same rhetoric hundreds if not thousands of times. It is sad and pathetic to see it being brought out again - by a lesbian!!
If anyone ought to know better. Here she has benefited from the efforts of thousands of women who put themselves in Muit's position and subjected themselves to exactly that criticism, and instead of respecting their efforts, she is merely parasitizing the upward mobility that those activists bought for her with their blood, sweat and tears. And then using her status to do exactly what bigots would have done to her.
"Determined" should be thoroughly ashamed of herself.
